FMC's VBS is for children who are kindergarten eligible through completion of 5th grade.

A Parental and Transportation Consent form must be completed for each child. 
This Consent form is available to download on this web page to send with
 your child, mail to us, or email a photo of it.
Please specify if you will allow your child to be photographed
and/or in a short video of activities.
